Peppertree Air Solutions offers the complete line of Lindab Safe® gasketed fittings:
- Fittings are produced with a factory installed U-profile EPDM rubber gasket (secured by a stainless steel band)
- The gasket material is resistant to ozone, UV rays and temperature fluctuations
- Meets SMACNA Leakage Class 3 requirements
- Gasket has a Flame Spread and Smoke Developed Rating of 0/5 in accordance with ASTM Standard E84-91a
- Temperature range of -20°F to 212°F
- Silicone gasket available for additional chemical resistance
- EPDM gasket forms a tight seal on the inside of spiral duct (eliminating need for duct sealant)
- Lindab Safe® components are made of galvanized material in accorance with ASTM A-653 and A-924
- Superior aesthetic characteristics for exposed applications
Lindab Safe® is available with a factory-installed EPDM/silicone gasket from 3" to 60" diameters, in G60/G90 galvanized, 304L/316L stainless steel, powder coated epoxy and an EPA Listed antimicrobial coating. Spiral duct is manufactured using the patented and unique Lindab flat-lock & button-punch seam.
