Peppertree Air solutions offers a wide range of ducting & acessory products for a variety of HVAC applications.
Triple-lock aluminum flex duct for bare, thermal or acoustic installations. Our factory-made flex ducts are Underwriters Laboratories Listed as Air Ducts and Air Connectors.
Our non-metallic ICI flexible ducting products are produced using a mechanical lock rather than using conventional adhesives. We offer both Air Ducts and Air Connectors in bare, theral or acoustic, for all your ducting requirements.
Our insulated products are available in both polyethylene or metalized jackets in R-Values of R-4.2; R6 or R8. We use Owens Corning fiberglass insulation (GREENGUARD Certified). UL Recognized Component sleeves available on request.
Peppertree Air Solutions offers galvanized, satin-coat, (paint grip), 304/316 stainless and 3003 aluminum spiral duct in diameters from 3" - 84". We can custom manufacture to your specifications but prefer the 1985 HP SMACNA Standards.
Non-gasket and gasketed die-stamped fittings are available for medium and high pressure applications and snap-lock pipe & adjustable elbows is readily avaailable for low pressure applications.
We stock supply/return registers with adjustable double deflection blades and volume dampers designed specifically for mounting directly on to spiral duct. These sleek looking registers eliminate the need for unsightly grille boxes.
These universal mounting drum louvers offer low installation costs and adapt to a variety of duct sizes. Air flow patterns are adjustable in both the horizontal and vertical planes for maximum versatility.
We offer a clamp-together duct in galvanized and stainless steel suitable for dust collection systems including wood, paper, powder and even chemical fume extraction. Installs up to 70% faster that conventional ductwork.
We distribute Design Polymerics duct sealant. DP offers sealants, adhesives, mastics, duct butter and accessories such as duct wrap & protective covers. Our products earn LEED Credits. We now offer DP 1090 - LEED Qualified solvent-based duct sealant.
We offer Gripple hangers to simplify duct installation. Various end fixings (including loop, stud, eyelet & toggle) and pre-cut (5, 10, 15, & 30ft) lengths speed up the installation process.
Peppertree Air Solutions manufactures a complete line of industrial flexible ducting products to convey or transfer everything air, dust, debris, powder, fume and extreme temperatures (including 500°, 700°, 900°, 1200°, 1500° & 2000°F).
Malco holes cutters typically install into the chuck of any drill for cutting out holes in sheet metal applications. Cutters and replacement bits are in-stock & readily available.
We carry accessories including duct tape, monofilament polypropylene duct hanger strapping, nylon cable ties, cable tie tensioning tools, hole cutters, stainless steel gear clamps and bridge clamps.
