Peppertree Air Solutions Inc manufactures corrugated "tri-lock" aluminum & stainless steel flex duct on original triple-lock machinery.
We offer three distinct variations of metallic flex ducts:
- Bare
- Thermal (c/w insulation/sleeve)
- Acoustic (c/w perfored core/insulation/sleeve)
Our aluminum flex duct is commercial grade, ULC-S110 & UL-181 Listed. A 2-ply aluminum flex is also available for more rugged applications.
These products are produced on the original "triple-lock" machinery using a superior multiple locking design of joint between adjacent turns of aluminum strip.
Insulated aluminum flex ducts are available in R-Values of R-4.2, R-6 & R-8.
